Hey, To everyone that saw my post about my guppies that died heres the story and then the questions, apparentally all 5 of my guppies died, due to still unknown reasons but I kept it cycled by adding ammonia, a few days back I recieved a 10 dollars gift card to petmart with a note about the fish that died while she was watching them so i restocked.

Question, I'd like to get 1 of the bigger types of snails for my 5 gallon tank with 5 guppies in it, can annyone make a reccomendation?

The apple snail is pretty cool, but you will have to feed it. The algea in a tank is usually not enough to support them. We feed ours green algea wafers and small cichlid pellets.

I'll second the apple snail, but only get one or you'll end up with hundreds.
