Do you have your pictures uploaded online? They have to be in order to post them here. If not you can upload them from your computer at
WWW.Photoisland.com for free.
Once you get them uploaded on line all you have to do is right click on the picture click on properties copy it and then come here and paste it then highlight it and click on the IMG tab above.

Are you meaning an avatar picture? If so then you have to go your profile at the very bottom and just paste the url address of the pic and then hit submit.
If you are talking about posting a pic in a post just paste it highlight then hit the IMG tab which is right above in your options for posting messages.
