Well Harley had his 1 year visit with his vet and she was just amazed at how big and handsome he became!!! She had not seen him since he got neutered what like at 4 months....(I can't remember when we fixed him it was earlier than normal because of his bitting and naughtiness we hoped that it would calm him....) Nope..... Mr. Green

He weighs in at 14 pounds!!! Laughing Embarassed She said that he can stand to loose a few pounds but really he is just a big Tom boy. It was a bit amusing when she was trying to give him his shot his skin is really tough too.... it was hard to poke him... Mr. Green she giggled and said yup tom boy.. So I will be switching him and Patches (if she is eating any dry anymore) over to all light dry food for weight control and the amount will be monitored now...

He didn't want to give up his blood from his back leg to check to see how he is doing since he is on sleeping meds at night. He sure put up a good fight it took 3 of us to hold him down long enough to get a sample. Mr. Green But it was worth the struggle all of his levels looks great she said..... Surprised

So all in all it was a great visit and he is very glad that we don't have to see her again for 3 years....

When we got home he was soo lovey he was flirting with Buster, me and Patches and get this he started purring soo loud!!! I haven't heard him pur since he was itty bitty!!! He was soo glad to be back home!!! Razz Surprised

Well until I get lower on the dry food that I have now I've cut down his free food (mainly because Patches free eats...) to a cup a day. So we will see how he does with his weight. I'm just glad that he is healthy and happy!!! Surprised
