Sounds like it. Actually, if a female guppy has ever been kept with males, chances are, she's pregnant.

yes. your guppy is definatly pergnant. be sure to get her out of the breeding tank once the babies come out or else she will eat them. also, be sure to feed her flakes/fish food when she finishes delivering as she will be extremly hungry 
tell me how the babies looked and try to post a pic! i wanna see them! (i just recently had some baby guppies of my own and i am having parental syndrom)
