Hi have you tried vaseline/ petroleum jelly, Gently rub this around the beak where its scaley avoid getting it in the beak or in the nostrils,.
This will suffocate any mites present in the skin.

If that fails then you really need to find a vet that will treat the birds as mites that are attacking the beak and nostrils can cause serious damage and make the beak become deformed...
