The boy turned six on November 11th so I updated his website with some birthday photos at:

Since Freckles was a rescue we celebrate his birthday with Duke. My guess is that Freckles is about five.
I am waiting word from my Vet that they are ready to take the blood sample from Freckles for the DNA test so I will finally know what breeds are in his mix. With his coat and coloring he can't be more than one generation removed from some pure breed. I'm still betting on Australian Border Spaniel. Laughing
If you have a mutt and are interested in learning about the lineage here is the link to send to your Vet:

Right now I am only doing the portraits to raise money for our local Lab rescue. I tried for a while to take orders. Unfortunately I found out that most people are really lousy photographers and I would receive really bad photos that I could not work with at all.
I may work the local dog shows and also, when I retire, start making the rounds at the area horse stables to take the photos for portraits.
You can see some other examples on this site I set up.
