This is an outrage. After the Denver ban a man had several Pit Bulls. When Denver passed their ban the APBTs had to fit within the "standard size" for a Pit Bull, which they set at 60lbs and under. This man's dogs were larger up to 100lbs.

They were still seized and held for 2 weeks where they were starved down to 60lbs and under. This is just sickening! We can not let things like this go on. It is getting scarier and scarier every day. They persecute us and our breed on breed and looks alone! This makes my stomach turn how they treat these dogs, like they are just trash to be destroyed. Many of them got sick after being held and they said they wouldn't treat them because they were going to destroy them and thats why they didn't see a need to care for them at all. Some died of upper respiratory infections including innocent puppies who had done nothing. So much for "humane" treatment. Makes me want to puke.

I think this should touch all dog lovers, not just Pit Bull owners. A life is a life and it shouldn't matter what breed, dogs are basically defenseless against the cruelty of people. They need us to stand up for them.

Not sure who prosecutes that kind of thing but if no large group wants to put up the money to prosecute an org. like this then no...they won't prosecute...after all they're just a bunch of mean pit bulls anway...urgh...
