The only way to do this is by washing her with some warm water mixed with washing up liquid. Otherwise its a case of taking her to an avian vet who will clean her properly.
Since this happened 2nights ago there is a risk that it could have damaged her feathers aswell as her ingesting the oil could be playing havok with her intestinal tract so i think the avian vet is the best option just to be on the safe side...
Always make sure that the room your bird is in is bird proofed so that they can not hurt themselves.
Kitchens are not a safe place for birds and should never be allowed to enter that room.
All windows should be closed and covered, all mirrors should also be covered, Toxic plants should be removed, Fish tanks and bins should be covered.
