Mine would be (it's so hard to decide) yellow cake with white icing.

What is your favorite dessert?

It's too hard to narrow it down to one! I love all desserts. There is a little bakery in town that makes this delicious almond cake with citrus cream cheese frosting. I could eat the whole cake. Yes, I'd be sick, but there would be no regrets! I also love Gelato ice-cream. My wife and I make home made ice-cream. That's so good too!

I always prefer the main course to dessert, but I'd have to say it would be this chocolate raspberry truffle tart that I make on special occasions. It's horribly fattening, but soooo worth it.

You are all making my mouth water. Even though my favorite is cake, I love most desserts.

I love going to Buffet type restaurants because you can pick a sampling of several desserts to try. Mr. Green
