He is so gorgeous Mary and a wonderful personality too! I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Does that mean that I don't qualify to adopt him? |

sorry vene....I was being nice in his bio
I do believe the children he used to live with were allowed to be pretty rough with this guy and he finally let them have it. When I pick him up he acts like he's expected to be dropped - legs flailing preparing himself for the fall to the floor. Doesn't care to have his paws touched like theyve been pulled at.
Cause he's a very loving cat...I can't imagine he'd lash out unless he was defending himself.
Owners gave him up quickly...I have a feeling rather than teach the kids how to respectfully treat animals they felt it easier to dump the cat I'm sure this guy wasn't cheap from a breeder...they don't list the breeder but they did state they got him from one. |

I was just kidding Mary. Mocha is my dream cat, lol. We have 4 furbabies and hubby won't let me adopt any more. Mocha is gorgeous and will be adopted out very quickly. My 4 year old is really good with cats but I have to watch my 1 year old like a hawk. She frequently runs around the house chanting and chasing after Milo- Milo, Milo, Milo...., lol! She'd grab them if she could. I think Mocha will do better in a household with grown children. |

Mocha is proving to be quite hmmmm how to say - high strung
He's being limited to where he can travel and an only cat.
Poor thing - he is sort of afraid of my husband and I have to wonder if the "man of the house" in his former life may have tossed him around when he was scratching the kids (mocha not my DH - although watching thta would have been amusing) |

Such a pretty kitty. I hope he can find a good home. One that is kind and patient with him.
I know he has a good home with you right now.
My one daughter (lucidity, who used to come here but is so busy right now) has five kitties and her hubby won't let her get anymore either. |
