We made it from TX to PA with no problems at all. We let the kittys out of their boxes in the van just to test the waters. They were not afraid at all and spent most of the time in the back lying on afghans we had piled up. That was a relief as we wanted to go as far as we could the first two days. Them being able to use the litterbox at will was great. Alex sleeps most days from around 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. He did the same on the trip and crawled back in his box to do so. It was only the last day that Chloe expressed her displeasure. She sat between us and meowed at us the entire trip in typical meezer fashion. Thank goodness it was just a 4 hour day. They have adjusted well to the temporary apt. No hiding or anything. Alex is mermerized by the snow. He spends most of his waking hours at the window.

Hi. Thanks for the update. I'm glad you all survived the trip. Great pic by the way. Wish it was snowing here. |
