my dog has bred whilst still bleeding is this normal and could she still be pregnant

HI yes she can still fall pregnant as some dogs do not have a reduction in blood loss or colour when they are receptive.

How long has she been in heat?
You can ask the vet for an injection to stop any pregnancy from starting.

Is both the male and female owned by you?
How old are both dogs?
When a bitch is in heat she should be kept well away from any male dogs and kept under constant supervison

And if you're not planning to show the dog and have not done all the proper health testing, then you should get her spayed as soon as the vet says it is safe to do it.
