Helpful suggestions for my Scottish Folds

I recently got two gorgeous solid black shorthair Scottish Fold Kittens a $3000 cat and I got em for free go figure. But my other cat which I think she's a mutt..lol not real sure I've been having problems with Gretchen getting along with the kittens whats the best way to get Gretchen to quit bein so territorial when I brought them home I put them only in our room for the first 24 hrs then I let em roam thro out the house they stay up on the cat tree for most of the day only to come down to eat , drink, and potty but Gretchen is always on their tail their so sweet and loving but I'm scared of Gretchen hurting them. also when should a kitten get their shots and how many shots do cats need I was never for sure bout that? It will take her a while to adjust, he's saying, "THIS IS MY HOME" MY MUM.. When I first got Tiff, Jay would Growl and Hiss really really bad at her, foller her just to growl at her.. Once they know the pecking order, sh'el be fine.. She's asserting her dominance, and she has every right too according to her lol.

in rescue we always suggest keeping newcomers isolated for up to 10 days - not only does this give your existing cat a chance to get used to the new smells but also gives you a chance to find out if the new kittens have any contagious illnesses or parasites to share w/your cats.
Also I would want to know why someone is giving away kittens that are worth that much...a vet check would rule out any congenital issues you might have to deal with later on.
Then slowly integrate them into your household. Sometimes a quick integration works....most times it doesn't
