Ok my other cat Gretchen recently got outside I'm guessing my son let her out, but anyways I think she got mawled and now her right eye she keeps kinda half way closed what should I do? I was told saline soultion but does that really disinfect? Ok thank you for everyone that helps me out!

Take her to the vet to have it looked at.

eyes are something you don't want to take a chance on. If it got infected she could have to have it removed.
Best to have it checked by those who know what to do
