sorry but I gotta say it - if you do not have the funds to provide medical care to your kitten you shouldn't keep her. She is going to need a lot such as spay, vaccines, etc. And emergencies ALWAYS happen with pets. They can be expensive.
I have heard that Manx cats can have issues on that end due to the way their tail is. I have no idea if this is true but I did once have a friend with a Manx and the cat had several surgeries to repair genetic issues due to the tail thing.
This kitten should see a vet. This is probably something that any home remedy will not fix nor should anyone try to guess what is wrong via a cat forum.

Yep, I have to agree with Mary here, when you have a pet, you have to be aware that emergencies can come up at "ANY" time.. She needs medical attention before it gets infected and she is or will be in more pain than now or discomfort.. Please get her the help she needs..

than most likely it is missing the last vertebrae which will reduce the nerve endings. This will lead to problem with either bowel or urinating or both. Manx syndrome is not uncommon and can actually result in more problems later if not resolved. Since they are not able to feel that area due to lack of nerve endings they can sometimes have uncontrolled bowel and urination problems. A vet trip is required asap.
