So Im dog sitting my mom's bestfriend's dog Ollie, I always dog sit when they go on vacation.

Just not Ollie threw up twice, bright yellow, bile im guessing. Should I be concerned? Im thinking he must have eaten something in the yard, he otherwise is perfectly fine. Im not sure if I should feed him his dinner though, what do you guys think?

Thanks!

doesn't bile indicated an empty stomach? I'd give him a little bit of food and wait to see if he holds it down.

Some dogs experience acid indigestion when they're stressed and their stomach is empty. Some dogs experience acid indigestion if they aren't stressed and their stomach is empty. I'd try a small meal, and see what happens. If he throws up the food, then I'd call the vet for advice.
