I want to feed my parakeet a hard bolied egg. i read online that u should boil them for about 30 minutes do they like eggs is it ok to feed it to them????? Question

Also do i have to smash it up or can i just leave it as it ? do i need to take the shell off? Question

Hard boiled egg smashed up with the shell is a great source of extra calcium for birds.
I feed my birds boiled eggs when ther are breeding and i feed them eggs without the shell when they are feeding chicks.

can you feed them a hard boiled egg with the shell even when they are not breeding or feeding chicks? Question

You can feed boiled egg anytime to birds the only problem you may have if you have a female is it may make her become broody and start to lay eggs.
