Hmmmm. I'm not sure about that. If your dog has malassezia and you are giving Brewer's yeast, though, I think I would stop for a while and see if it helps.

Brewer's yeast is a specific yeast, saccharomyces cerevisiae, that is recovered after the brewing of beer. It is inactive, meaning it has been killed and has no leavening power.

On the other hand, it has been implicated as an allergen, and allergies can leave a dog more susceptible to opportunistic organisms, like malassezia.
