|
|
This morning, about 15 minutes before my alarm was set to go off, I woke up to what I thought was my husband stroking my hair. I thought that was strange since he worked until 3:30AM, so he wouldn't be the least bit mobile at 6:30. I realized then that it was Artemis - he was lying next to me, running his paw through my hair! He did it for about 5 minutes until he knew I was awake. Not a bad way to wake up on a Friday morning. I love him! |

How cute! When I let Romeo sleep in my room, he wakes me up by laying on my face.

so cute!
Mini wakes me up every morning at 5:00 by licking my face. she has food and water available, so i think she gets bored and wants attention. it does get annoying sometimes, cuz she doesnt stop until i get up
even if i move her away..she will come back right away. so i hide my face under the pillow. but she doesnt give up, she will try to push her head under the pillow. She is so funny. |

| Artemis usually scratches the duvet about 15 minutes before I have to get up. I either end up tossing him off the bed (numerous times) or squirting him with a spray bottle. He gets that he shouldn't do it, so he now scratches "quietly". This morning was quite the treat! |

| He wants food, even though he's always got a full bowl of dry food. He knows he needs to wait until I shower and dress before I feed him so he tries to get me moving earlier. |

That's sweet.
The last time I was woken up this morning I heard Copper scratching at imaginary litter in the hallway. He had peed on the bathroom door. RIGHT BESIDE A CLEAN LITTER BOX!!! |

hehehe that's so cute. Booger wakes me by taping on my face with her paw, which is a little uncomfortable because she apparently can't fully retract her claws
I free feed her so it's not the food she wants, its the escort to her bowl! |

You all have such sweet stories on this topic, I woke up one night thinking someone had broken into my house and had stabbed me in my eye, it was my kittys claw, went right through my eyelid and into my eyeball....the pain was excruciating. I dont know why she did it, maybe REM or playing with my hair....and missed |

Ow! I almost got scratched in the eye once. Luckily I saw it coming and closed my eye in time. I had quite the gash on my eyelid!
I cut my eyeball on a box staple when I was a kid, so I know how painful that is! |
