Christmas is almost here and I haven't gotten anything for Socks and Mittens yet. I better get on the ball. We usually only get them little stuff and if there is catnip involved, they're happy.
Have you shopped for you kitties presents yet? Do you get you kitties gifts for Christmas? |

| Sometimes I buy something for my cats, but it really depends on what it is. We don't have a lot of extra money so we're very careful with our spending. I figure the tree, the ribbons and bows on the presents and the garland hanging around the house is gift enough for the cats. They love to get into mischief with all the decorations! |

I didn't get anything yet (this weekend will be the big shopping weekend in general for me).
But, a coworker got my cats a bottle of pounce for our Christmas party. My cats thank her. |

| Yeah, they'll just play with the boxes anyway, even if we buy them something nice. I would like to make them a cat tree, which is something else for me to "get around to" when I'm bored. |

I'm with you Mary!
My kitties are spoiled enough... just having the tree up for them to chew while I am gone is treat enough!
The bigger question is - what have they gotten for me? |

Booger got her pressie...the tree to hide under and ambush me from (I have ankel scratches to prove it). Ornimants to bat at and play with and the great tree skirt that she loves to play slip and slide with. Not to mention the ribbons that make great chew/bat and'swat toys. Yep. Booger got her pressie |

We built our babies this for christmas...maybe for the day itself we'll hang some new toys from it.
I was surprised, we did it in an afternoon for free with scrap carpet and scrap wood. The base is 5ft by 5ft and it's taller than me! |

You guys did a great job ACO! Such lucky kitties. I don't know what to give my kitties this year as they've been getting goodies all year long. |

We got the kitties one of those stockings full of toys. I wrapped it and put it under the tree, but Ten heard it rattle and has been eyeballing it ever since.
We also sent some toys for my brother & his g/f's kitties and we took big bags of cat food, dog food, and litter to the animal shelter.
My dog got her present early. I bought her a memory foam bed. She has arthritis really bad and all her other beds end up flat as a pancake within a couple weeks.

We got Luna one of these. She hasn't warmed up to it yet, and still hasn't ventured inside. But I think that once she does, she's going to like it!

Haha! THat is awesome! I don't know if Gracie would attack it or be terrified, lol.
I get Gracie stuff for Christmas if I get a coupon, lol. This year I got one in the mail for buy one toy, get one free. So...she got some feather things on a stick and a fish with a little ball in it so it rolls on teh ground like a computer mouse, only it dispenses catnip when it rolls. She doens't play much, hence the catnip, but man. Apparently, I don't need catnip. Just a Christmas tree with porcelin birds, lol. She tries to attack the poor birds, and I have no idea why. It's not like they move or make noise or anything. They don't even really look like birds. She also uses the tree skirt as a slip&slide, lol. Gracie LOVES the christmas decorations, lol. I'm actually surprised she hasn't gone after the stockings yet like she did last year, lol. |

I got Copper a bottle of Feliway lol. Actually that is for me. I'm like the others in that they get presents all the time and Copper has now found the ribbons on the gifts. (I have to fix a few this morning.) I did get a Zoom Groom and they like that. |
