My sister's cat, Shadow, passed away today. She has been sick off and on for a while, mostly with a chronic pancreatitis sort of thing. They seem to have got that under control, but she starting acting very strange a couple days ago. My sister and her husband think she may have had a stroke. She was not in pain, though, and today she passed quietly in her sleep.

Shadow was a beautiful Russian Blue kitty, 17 years old.
