first snow of the season

We got the first little snow of the season tonight and boy was Annie happy! She loves the snow...and she especially loves when her daddy rolls around in he snow with her. Those two sure are silly...Annie of course has to taste the snow too. So here's some pics of the first snow romp.

on the subject of snow...last year Annie had a great time playing in the snow and made up a game of jumping on all the frozen puddles until she broke the ice...she also cut her feet up several time doing this. This year I thought I could get her some of those doggie booties to protect her feet, but knowing Annie, she'll probably just rip them off immediately. Has anyone had luck with any particular brand?

looks like Annie is having a blast! we rarely have snow, but had some on MOnday but I was at work so we missed playing in it.
