Hi it sounds like she is going to lay eggs and because she is favouring one foot there isa chance of her being egg bound???

Do she seem well in herself is she eating drinking and playing as usual.

If it is egg binding then she will need to see an avian vet ASAP as this can be fatal.

Well the dirty vent was only when I woke up this morning... when I brought them back to my house I gave them a spray mist... and I changed all their food to the normal stuff... and went out for a couple hours..
I just came home and she is 100% clean bum and everything
why did you think she was a bout to lay eggs? the one leg>? she is playful and perfect... will she lay eggs even without a nest?? what should i do with them? I dont want to breed her yet
thanks

Large water poop is usually the first indication that a female bird is going to start laying eggs, When they favour one leg or sit fluffed up on the cage floor this is a sign of illness usually egg biding in the females.

She will still lay eggs without a nest or a male present.
If there is no male with her you do not have to do anything just leave her with the eggs till she gets bored of them.

If there is a male present and you think the eggs could be fertile then u can either freeze the eggs then warm them back through slowly or you can just boiled them let them cool and give them back to her.
If you just take her eggs away she will just lay more eggs to replace the ones taken which can result in egg binding due to her using up to much calcium to form the eggs.
