Looking to move to San Francisco within the next year and was doing some research and also was looking from input from perhaps some of you. Is pit bull ownership a problem when it comes to California, specifically San Francsico??
Thanks for your time.... |

I used to live in the bay area and SF city proper is pretty put friendly, (or it used to be) Their SPCA is known for rehabiliting pits and then adopting them out, go to the SFSPCA web site and they should have info for you, as for outlying towns, you need to do your homework because I used to live in San Jose just south of SF and pits were illegal. you could not own one, so if you plan to work in SF but live in one of the suburb cities it could be a problem. Someone here posted a good site in the past on cities that have bans, I dont remember it now but hopefully somone casn post that link or you
