Congrats on your new puppy!

One of my favorite brands is Innova.

There was a recent discussion about dog food that you may find helpful. Here is the link: http://auspet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2843

Congrat's on the new puppy. Did you ask what the breeder had been feeding him? If so feed him that, until you decide to change to whatever brand you feel is best There are many. You should do it gradually adding some of the new to the old. we feed Innova, but there are so many good ones. Chicken soup brand
Wellness
California natural
Natures balance. Many many more. Best thing to do is find a pet supply store that sells these type of foods. I'm not talking about pet-co and others like it. Pet-co carries maybe one or two desecnt brands
But going to a better place you will get better advise also.

Welcome to the board and welcome to "mother/father/puppy-hood"! Surprised)

It is definitely best for you to try and feed him the same thing the breeder did... hopefully it's a quality product. If you need to change him to a better brand of dog food, you will need to slowly switch him over (a little bit of the new food, with a lot of the old... and then slowly vice versa).... it's much more gentler on his little baby tummy. Smile
