quick update (although my quick is limited to a single long paragraph).
we took the house off the market. Buyers were trying to s**k our life's blood and we finally put our feet down and said "DONE". These people want a 30 year old AS-IS house to be like new. And the price we were selling it for (plus kicking in $3k for THEIR closing costs) made us decide the hassle isn't worth it. Rather spend the next 20+ years poor than one day of being used.
So the cats, and Molly, are thrilled. Cats keep their routine and Molly won't have to pee in a strange yard.
Had another foster - he stayed 2 weeks and left for his new home in MONTREAL CANADA yesterday Surprised
you can still see him in Siamese Rescue Billy VA4899. Poor kitten spent the first 7 months of his life in a shelter. He was sent there, with his purebred parents and one sibling, when he was 2 weeks old. He was adopted at 7 months of age only to be put in a kill shelter about 4 weeks ago when Rescue was contacted.
He's safe now - and is in his forever home finally.
And next week - I'm getting two 4 week old lynxpoints that were found in a backyard.
KITTENS!!!!!
Molly loves kittens. My cats don't care for them though LOL
So that's it in a nutshell.
I'm staying put (didn't really want to sell anyway - I was in it for the new living room set), still fostering, and very happy.
Still want a new living room set though

Hi Mary_NH. Missed you being here. Wow! More kittens, huh? I thought you said they pooped too much! LOL Can't wait to see pics of them. Glad Billy the cat found a forever home. That's always nice to hear good news. Wise choice with your home. Always listen to your instincts. They will never fail you. Very Happy

Sounds like you are happy and did the right thing. Moving can be such a hastle and a money guzzler.
