This weekend I took the girls down to the creek at the back of our property and let them play and sniff all around. They Had a BLAST!! and it was great time to do some off leash training in a strange environment.

I started with Precious first. I let her go infront of me aways and attempted a "Halt" She did!!! I took a good picture and made her stay until I got Kabuki caught up.

Then I did a little tracking with her. I hid some of her favorite toys and made her sniff them out.

Kabuki was in a heel the whole time. Never left my side until I released her. Once I did. She reluctantly left my side to go play and explore.

I had a great time. I think more than they did!!!
Their training is coming along wonderfully... except for Precious.

She'll stop and halt when I want her too... and sometimes she'll do recall. But I'll be darned if the dog will heel offleash or anything else. I have to tie Kabuki up and get her out of site before I can get Precious to be serious about tracking. She's really good at it. Its just getting her started. But once she is, then she's great!!!

I have several awsome pics. I'll post when I get a new USB cable for my digital camera.
