Mysticals fur is coming back faster than others told me dr said that she would lose more before she gained but I havent seen any new lose and the fur is actualy coming back softer like baby fur lol

I check her every day and sometimes will give her oat meal baths this sooths the itching for them.

He asked me how I knew that oat meal baths would help but I guess its a mother instinct thing with me chicken pox itched you know moms always used oat meal bath I didnt think it could harm her any further so I did it.

It wont stop the mange but it feels good to them to have the oat meal bath, so your dog will still need to be treated and the sooner the better.

I wish you luck with your puppy !

First you have to find out if your pup has mange, and what type. Sarcoptic mange is very itchy, Demodectic mange often is not. In either case, though, if the hair follicles aren't badly damaged the hair should grow back in time. Usually it takes quite a long time for the follicles to be damaged to the point hair won't regrow.

Yea he/she should take the dog to have scraping done that is what they did to mystical and she didnt complain one bit she was a good girl.

Her demo mange was so itchy for her and she did get to wear she lost weight she didnt have it very long but he said it effects each dog differently. Since it was probably brought on by stress that was a big factor why she went through weight loss with the demo mange they also told me she would lose more weight while on Ivomec because it would make her sleepy and less active.

But her muscle tone all that is coming back I looked at her this morning and thought dang baby slow down she is growing over nite seems. LOL
But she is doing very well they also gave her , her first heart guard before she got the demo treatment .
