Great pictures Sams! Char looks like she's smiling in that picture. I love the first picture of Tubby in the sweater!

In the picture "The Gang" what breed is that large black & white dog? He/she reminds me so much of my neighbors dog.

Which one? the one in the far back (mostly white with grey spots and grey mask is Axel, he's great Pyr. (just not as fluffy as most are we suspect he's not 100% pyranese)

The red and white one is Freckles she's red heeler and APBT

The middle dog sitting is Molly she's my old girl (my dog but lives at my moms cuz that where she grew up) is a border collie and chow mix.

and the small white and black dog on the far right standing on the fire wood is Abby our rescued ratterrier/beagle....

Yes, Charllotte was one of my first breeding bitches. She stemed back to the natural old Stumpy Tail dogs... they are a bit diffrent from the ACD's you see today.

She along with her 10 unborn pups died last August. She would have had her puppies on September 13th, 2004.

She was my darling. The most petite and girly girl dog EVER. But a wonderful brood bitch and threw the most awsome pups. As you can see in the pics. those were some of her and Smokey's pups. they were born September 9th, 2003.

I miss her more and more every day....

Ahhhh Sams, I am so sorry... I didn't mean to strike up a painful feeling, I didn't expect it to have been such a tragic tale.....

I don't know what else to say, except for my apologies....

I read in another post about Meadow. Maybe the BB's (something new) will keep you up beat. I am sure you will enjoy them...

Thats ok! She's still in our hearts and lives everyday. Her puppies would have made her proud!! The pic of the litter is going for her National Title in 4 months!!! And was best of opposite sex in the last show. But missed out buy 2 points in Best of breed....They discredited her because she was youngest at the show. Said she was't quite mature enough to have competed with the others.
But she's doing great! And I'm VERY proud of her. She's just as dainty as her mother, and has her mothers "I'm too good for this" attitude!!!!

One of our other pups, that went for a family pet, is doing AWSOME in fly ball and his brother (the runt of the litter by 0.5oz), is doing good in adjility!!!

The rest are all working dogs. There were 7 in the litter, One sadly passed away a few months ago. Was a freek accident. they were working cattle, and one strayed, so Heath (Guss's owner) told him to bring it back, well, the steer was on the road (a two track dirt road) and his buddy was bringing the truck and trailer around the corner, and accidenatlly hit Guss.... He would have made it had the vet been closer, but they were WAY out in the brush and the nearest vet was about two hours away. He suffered a punctured lung and his own blood drown him... was VERY sad...

The Boerboels should be alot of fun. Somehting new, and I'm excited about taking part in the uprising and bringing of this great breed.

I'm here. just not around comps much these days. Been sooo busy getting things ready for the new dogs, and Sassy and SA getting bred, and all Granvel's new "projects"...LOL...

Freckles has come up missing. My mother came home from work and she wasn't here. My sister said that there were hispanics trimming the fence line there that day when she got home from school, and when she got ready to leave for work Freckles wasn't there and neither were the men.... so we put two and two together and we think they stole her.
So we've been searching for her non stop. Hopefully someone will see her photo and call us as to her whereabouts....

other than that things are going ok.

Smokey is having some problems and we're trying to work through them.

Didn't they work for a service so you could check with them and tell them about "stolen" property etc...
