I've never had to do this before, so I'm not sure how to go about it...
Since my new mare is 7, and full-grown, I want to get her a perm card. I've always been curious as to how to go about it, and what the requirements are...like...does the horse have to be registered, or just be a pony? Anyway, she sticks 14.1, and she's registered QH...and 7...so I don't see why I couldn't get her a perm card...I just need to know how to go about it, and a general idea of what it might cost. Also, do I have to trailer her out to get it taken care of?
Help, anyone?
