SOMETIMES OSO WILL SNAP AT THE KIDS, HOW DO I LET HIM KNOW THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE? HE LISTENS TO ME PRETTY WELL, SOMETIMES I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF A FEW TIMES THOUGH. Question

agression towards humans is not acceptable. You need to stop this now before it gets worse, and it will only get worse. The kids screaming at him or yelling, may make matters worse.

Obediance training classes would help. Take the kids and let them participate in handling him as well.

Firstly, make sure you are around EVERY time the kids are around. This is a must with any dog, but it may also help keep him in check if he sees you there.

Make sure your kids are not screaming to loudly or swatting him. This may be scaring him and he is biting out of fear.

Make sure your kids help you with training. Oso should know that he is not dominant over them. A lot of dogs try to dominate children. In my experience this is what I've noticed anyways, so let them help. Make sure that when they want him to do something they say it in a clear calm voice.

If the nipping happens again, tell them to yelp really loudly like how a puppy would and turn their backs and ignore the dog. This helped me really well. Within 2 weeks Harley stopped any mouth play.

You most definitely have got to make sure your puppy knows snapping at the kids or anyone for that matter will not be tolerated! Regardless of the reason behind it.Getting your puppy in OB training is vital! Always give a very firm NO!! when he does this. And a time out perhaps in his crate or in a room alone.
