I am so stressed with Mitzy for the past 3 mornings i have woke up to find that she has pooped in the house, I know its her as now she is the only one that comes upstairs with us on a night.

They has been no change in her diet, she has had nothing different that would upset her stomach.
She is acting normal eating drinking well, still acting the fool bouncy and full of life. The only change is this pooping in the house, Last time she did this was when she was due in heat but since she is spayed and has been for a while that cant be the problem.

She has also took to attacking the base of her tail, She is wormed regulary and i have checked her anus horrible i know but had to check and everything looks fine.

She goes out before bed and i dont go to bed till between 2-3am and up again at between 5-6am so its not like she has to hold it too long.

Any suggestions would be great

Oh i don't know its really annoying since this is not her at all.

Mike

If she's bothering the base of her tail, it could be that she's got allergies to something. Dogs can develop allergies even after being on a food or environment for years.

As for the deficating in the house, she may have a case of arthritis that makes her not want to go down the steps... or just be showing dominance.
