Where can I get a good quality dog/puppy food without all the fillers? Any specific brands any of you use? And where can I purchase it?

You could try California Natural, Innova or Evo. None of them were involved in the recent recall because they don't use foreign ingredients. Evo does not contain any type of grain at all, not even rice. And California Natural has a herring and sweet potato formula that also doesn't contain any grain. None of them contain useless fillers.

These foods are not sold in grocery stores or the major chain pet stores. Try callling local kennels, locally owned independent pet stores, or grooming shops.

There are also other great, premium pet foods besides those. A lot of kennels and groomers sell them. So if you can't find one of those, try asking the kennels or groomers what they do sell.
