I'm not sure what you mean by improper coat. They come in two varieties, curly and wavey. Both are proper. So do you mean a smooth coat? A straight drop coat? If so, I'd suspect the dog isn't purebred.
Both the curly and wavey coats shed. The curly coat will trap more hair than the wavey coat, so less of it is likely to end up on your floors and furniture. But both coats trap hair, and require a great deal of combing to keep them from becoming matted messes in a short time. They aren't a low maintenance breed, by any stretch of the imagination. |
