Whenever I go to change my birds water , food ,etc. she backs away .I dont know if she is scared of me because I am so big ,or because she just doesnt trust me yet. By the way I have only had her for three months and threedays . That might have ssomthing to do with it. Smile

Most birds will back away when you goto change there dishes and this is normal, It does take time for them to trust people unless they have been hand reared or handled regularly.

Give her time always talk to her softly and try and keep a routine for changing food and water and cage cleaning then she will soon get used to all this happening and calm down
