one of my baby piranha's just died and it seems like most of them are having patches of missing skin on the side of their stomach is there something wrong with my water?? are they sick someone help please... could it be the feeders???

How big is the tank?
What fish are in the tank and how big are they?
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your readings for ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte?
Did you quarantine the feeders?
