I've never heard of jack dempseys doing that. There are small shell dwelling cichlids that breed in little shells.

| I have to agree with the two posts before me but, why I am posting is I had some employee at a LFS telling me I can keep 2 JD's in a 29gal...I just said "oh really" and walked out of the store... |
