| I seem to be in quite a pickle...my fiance and I are being relocated from the USA to the UK. We have two dogs and a cat. The dogs are young, so I am not worried about moving them, but my cat Bailey is about 12 years old, sort of a crotchety kitty, and I am worried about his health. I don't know if he could handle that long plane ride, and I am worried the stress might harm him. I am wondering if I am better off leaving him with friends (as much as I don't want to) Does anyone have any experience with this? Any advice appreciated. |

| I don't have experience but maybe you can get a sedative for the cat from your vet for the plane ride? |

I don't have any experience with this either. I like Nern's idea.
If you really are concerned about it I guess you could give your kitty to someone who you can trust to take good care of him.
Maybe your Vet can give you some ideas about kitties traveling. |
