Dizzy after hard landing,... look familiar??

Hey guys... well I am not sure how to feel and I would appriciate any input!
When I first clipped my parrotlets wings when I got him... he seemed to get really dizzy and had a hard time standing up like right after it was done.. understandable... however It was the first time I putted its back lightly..
second time he flew into a mirror not hard.. but he was dizzy and was alright also understnadalbe..
now just now.. he flew from me which isnt often at all.. and fluttered to the ground away from the area rug to where it is laminate floor..
I picked him up and he let me pet him which wasnt normal//. then he stetched his wing out all the way and got really dizzy and coulndt stand up for 2 long minutes... hes a little groggy now
he hasnt hit hard any time.. but do youo think this could be as serious as a concussion?? or do your birds do this as well? im not talking often but if it happens even a coupule times is it serious?

What you discribing is not being dizzy its exhaustion, A clipped bird can not fly as high or for aslong as a full flighted bird so when they land they start to breath a little heavier and this is what cause them to loose there balance.

I owuld keep and eye on him and if this gets worse i would seek help from an avian vet to see if there is any underlying health problems.

I do not think this is anything to worry about as this is normal in most clipped birds.,

ahh thanks mike.. that would actually make sense.. because it was right before bed time and he might have been a little tired..
I stayed right with him and held him until he got better, only took a few minutes...
it never happens when he is in his cage or anything...
but if it does start to happen without a long flight i will for sure take him in...
quite a scary sight..

All of my birds have done this it is very scary.
It was my vet that told me that it was because they get exhausted with having to try and keep flight with clipped wings but once they get used to it they find it alot easier and it does not happen again.

One of my cockatiels has had his wings clipped as thats the only way he will aloow anyone handle him, its now been 7days since they were done and he still has these attacks but not as often just when he gets to excited and tries to fly for longer periods.
