hi one quick question my parakeet had its wings cliped when it was very young and his wings are small now (he cant fly he just jumps and floats down whhile flapping its wings like crazy)what i want to know is that how long does it usally take the birds feathers to grow back to be able to fly again Question

If your bird is very yound then its feathers should grow back after it's first molt, usually around 4-6 months of age.
