What fish would get along with oscars, and I just got a new tank and i think its a 77g i'll measure it in a minute

Something bigger or faster than them, otherwise the Oscars will eat them. They will try to eat anything that will fit in their mouth.
Silver dollars, Alot of people have said they are too fast even if the Os wanted to bother them.
Tinfoil Barbs get big(12") and they are schooling fish. They are compatable, but I wouldn't reccomend them for your size tank.
Bala Shark are also fast swimmers, but Os could give them alittle trouble so they need to be watched to make sure
A common Pleco...anything mines a pleco. But I had one with 2 Oscars and the Pleco bothered the crap out of the Os...so they ate him. So I guess it depends on the Pleco temperment.

Assuming it's really a 77 gallon, you could add either a medium sized bottom feeder (around 8" max size), a medium sized cichlid like a con or JD (6" - 8". also, be aware that there could be aggression issues), or some medium sized schooling fish like silver dollars (5" - 6" & a group of 4).

i have a 5ft tank which holds around 550litres water, dunno what that is in gallons, i have a large oscar happily living with 4 silver dollars i cat fish 4red forest jewels,2 electirc yellows and their babies (yellow babies) most of them will fit in his mouth (not the dollars or the cat fish ) and he doesn`t seem to bother them ,i have been told that these fish should not live together either but they are and for a long time now. i have had 3 oscars over the years and have found them not that agressive ,so maybe it just depends on the fish itself

I have my O living with a JD. The O is much bigger but the JD seems to be rather clever and knows as long as he stays away from the end of my O that has teeth, he'll be fine. I've also kept him with a couple of dollars and they have been ok. Dollars were far too fast.

At the moment I also have my O living with a Black Ghost Knife fish who is about the same length (8inches) and they get on together fine, although I have read that they aren't compatable.

I've kept him with a slightly larger pleco and they would fight like cat and dog all day long.

As it has been said before, it will depend on the temperment of your O.
