One of my two neon tetras has suddenly stoped swimming a lot and has stayed in a 45 degree angle for two days now...im worried there is something wrong with it or is it just something they go through? Is there anything i can do?

If your fish is healthy, then it may be that there are only two fish. Neons prefer to be in groups and swim great when there are three or more. If your tank is big enough, then buy a few more!
