Neutral there tiny, white, they crawl on her, shaped ticks or a beetle or somethin like that. and no, but i did give her some live and frozen grass shrimp. some had eggs too.

I honestly don't know what they could be. You can try some Coppersafe. It gets rid of a wide variety of parasites.
