omg i got 3 blue mickey mouse palties from petco not knowing that there female! well wat happend was they were sooo skinny not pregnant at all and now all 3 of them are bloted!i know what it is i think it is possible...? the neon swordtail is the daddy most likley!!!!
hmmm tell me if this can be trueee!

they are pregnant from the other tank that you bought them from. livebearers have been known to store enough sperm for a few pregnancies without a male present.

If they were in a mixed tank then they were most likely pregnant when you bought them but Platy's and Swordtails can interbreed.

you actually buy fish from a chain store like petco not to mention there the worst chain fish store around.

really i have no lfs! one has only rare fish and reptiles and for 2 years he's been there has been saing im gonna setup mi freshwater system the other one accros the street fish dimension is like crap all this algae dead fish and it smells liek junk! soo all i have to work with is petco and petsmart there my only options!!! and our area there petco is reallly really good especially in mission viejo! and petsmart in diamondbar! really i would love to drive 100 miles toget fish but it wont work and btw when i was in iran there were soo many good well tooken care fish shops and everythiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing was sooo cheap! and let me tell u
neon tetras-10 cents
angel fish-50 cents
bettas-one dollar
and sooooooooooooooooomany other fsh for discount prices
