How Do U Correct A gelding that thinks hes a stallion

I have a 4 year appendex qh gelding he is a great ride and sweet as ever until my mare went in heat now hes pretty much uncontrolable will jump fence, stall wall, and run himself till hes sick if i dont leave them together. He is on her 10 -15 times in a day and does not like 2 b intruppted or messed with and shows u that please help[/img]

I would totally seperate them. Like miles away. From what it sounds like he is dangerous to be around when he's with your mare and everything. My horse has this same problem, only not as bad... Good luck and i hope this helps some...
