i have 4 small cichlids(green terror, jaguar, oscar and texas) and the green terror and jaguar are beating up the oscar and texas.. so my question is what should i replace th eoscar and texas for or what should i replace the jag and terror for? or will they be allright. there is no damage to the fishes bodies but the fins have a few tares...

If you are talking about the same fifty gallon tank, then you shouldn't replace them with anything. Really the fighting may continue even if you remove the first two fish. If they are juveniles, then things can only get worse. Your tank is just way to over crowded and the fishes are too agressive. Anyways, let us know if it's the same tank.
