They may. Or they may not. As a responsible owner, you should plan for them to NOT get along, and be ready to keep them completely seperate for life should they wake up hating each other one day. Thing you can do to minimize the chances of them not getting along are:
*get opposite sex dogs male/female
*get both dogs fixed, their having the hormones of an intact (not fixed) dog will add many more "triggers" that can cause them to fight
*keep them seperated when you are not there to supervise their interactions
*feed seperately

It's also generally not a good idea to get two pups at one time, as there can be issues with the pups becoming more attached to each other than to their owners (that does NOT mean they won't fight later on in llife though). It would probably be best to get one pup, wait a few months, then get another if you feel that you are ready for the extra work, expense, and responsibility.
