Hello I just started a fresh water tank <25gal high> and I recently put some driftwood in. I boiled it and let it soak then added it to my tank.

Now there is a white fungus growing on it.. I was wondering what steps i should take to treat this. There are no fish in my tank as of yet.

thanks

add some aquarium salt but... before you do check out what your fish/plants/snails/everything else in your tank can handle
in my tank, 30 gal i put in the recommended by the box and it works well
i have 3 adult orangesomething swords and a bunch of there babies and 2 mystery snails and a couple other snails they are doing well and ive had no fungus or algae
