well vet scanned mitzy and she said that mitzy is borderline dates wise and with her being a broad bodied do there is a limit to what they can see she has to go back in 10days just to make sure but we could not see the pups so our guess is she is not pregnant but suppose will know for sure on the 23rd of feb will keep you guys posted.

When we had Charllottes sonogram done, the vet told us we had 10!!! But when they were born there were only 7....Guess the little buggars were too squiggly. He said its hard to tell sometimes until later in the pregnacy. Good luck. keep us posted.

Hi guys mitzy kept tensing her belly up it took 2vets and me to keep hold of her while they did the scan so heaven knows whats going on in her uterus lol.

I spoke to another vet and he said my vet should have waited till atleast 30-35days before the scan was done as that way they are the size of a walnut and can be seen.

But will keep you all posted

I know its just one thing after another i will cry if my chest does not clear up after they have gone i will slap my dr lol.

But other than that mitzy is doing really well she is at the vets again on moonday for her final scan and if this shows nothing then i guess will have to either wait till next time or just have her spayed.

You need some good news! if you have to get rid of your birds. I'm sorry to hear you've been sick! Come on Mitzi, be pregnant! Don't get her fixed, there's always next time! but then you know what's best for her, I don't!

Good luck Mike! Susan
