Help, my cat has the same symptoms. Frosty has gone from 14lbs to 10lbs, all tests are normal, and the vet doesn't know what's causing his red blood cell count to drop. They went from 15 to 8 in 2 days. He has an enlarged spleen. Frosty is an indoor cat and not exposed to any pesticides. His pink features are ashen and he is lethargic. He doesn't eat on his own - we have to hand feed him and he doesn't drink. The vet is really working hard to help him and is in constant communication with me. I'm really scared that we will lose him. Has anyone out there gone through this with their cat? I posted a reply on another members post who had similar symptoms, but I don't know how to get a hold of them. Any help to save my 3 year old kitty would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. Welcome to the site. I would seek a second opinion. Also in the other post that you replied to Kyle101 left you a reply. Keep us posted and I hope you find a good vet that can be of help to you and your kitty.
